A couple of weeks ago Anglian TV News visited Boughton to film an item about the village. It was to be a short update to their “Portrait of a Village” from 1978.

They interviewed several residents including David “Golly” Cooper, Mrs Janet Savage and councillors Pogmore and Matthew.

The result will air as part of the evening news from 6pm on Wednesday 17th August.
